El Karan av Umarile MODDERS RESOURCE

One of the most interesting armors in the game, in my opinion, was that of the Ayleid Sorcerer-King Umaril the Unfeathered. Only problem? It was stuck to his skin. This mod fixes that, to a certain extent. More specifically, it adds his helmet as a lootable and equipable item. Now then, I\'m not much of a modder, and this is one of my first mods (and my first real mod, since NPC edits don\'t count for much in my book :P), and I had to work some sorcery to get this to look even somewhat right. That being said, there are some minor clipping issues with the neck piece, and when you go into a combat posture it clips halfway through your neck. Also, I don\'t know how stable this mod is- you can try to make it not clip if you want, but you might end up making it unplayable :) Finally, I did test it by adding it to a random NPC\'s inventory in the CS and finding said NPC in-game. It works, and I didn\'t notice any bugs, but if there are any, let me know. It\'s also lootable and I made an icon for it in GIMP, but there\'s no ground mesh or physics for it, so I wouldn\'t suggest trying to display it. Despite all of the above, it\'s more than any other modder has done publicly, so I\'m satisfied. In future updates, I\'ll actually add it to Umaril\'s inventory. As it is, it just adds the helmet to the CS.
