Adds a master armorer who sells special light armor sets and trains armorer to master level. These are light versions of heavy armors that weigh 1/4 but still give the same protection and also cost the same. There is light versions of daedric ,blades,eboney,blackwood & orcish armor.
He can be found in the IC waterfront area standing in front of the shack for sale.
