adds a merchant to the merchants inn who sells knockout arrows, a knockout club and a knockout spell. the knockout effect lasts for 2min and then the npc gets up
using the spell or the staff will allow you to KO npc's and not get a bounty also in v2 i added a mace,a bow and ko poison everything can be bought from demonocus at the merchants inn in the IC market
