Start Oblivion.
If the textures aren\'t working, look in the Oblivion directory for an ArchiveInvalidation.txt file. If it doesn\'t exist, copy the ArchiveInvalidation.txt file from your Oblivion\\Data Directory to your Oblivion directory and rename it to ArchiveInvalidation.txt. If it does exist, Edit your Existing ArchiveInvalidation.txt file and add the text from ArchiveInvalidation.txt
