Description =========== Makes Umbacano Manor a buyable house for the player. To avoid breaking a few original quests, do not activate until after you have finished quest MS27 \"Secrets of the Ayleids\". Details ======= Jollring and the other servants are included. The chests and furniture containers (desks, dressers, cabinets) have been set to not respawn, so it is safe to use them to store your things. However crates, barrels, sacks, and ayleid casks do re-spawn, so these are NOT SAFE to store things in. You can find new stuff in the re-spawning containers from time to time. Hints for gameplay: Go to Talos Plaza and read the sale notice on the door. Spend a night at your new manor in the nice red bed. Voice files are silent mp3s, so playing with dialogue captions on is recommended. Install ======= 1. Extract the files to a temporary location. 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Copy files to Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Oblivion\\Data\\ 4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file named BuyUmbacanoManor.esp. Uninstall ========= 1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file named BuyUmbacanoManor.esp. 2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
