Guards boogie at their posts, people dance with each other while they're talking, and NPCs can't even sit still when YOU start talking to them. ;) Your avatar will also dance if he/she is not in a "combat ready" stance.
Credit for importing the motion-capture anim goes to Keter Sephiroth (Sephs New Animations mod.) All I did was alter the *.kf file a bit so that Oblivion would recognize it as an idle anim.
How to Install / Remove
========================
Extract the archive contents into your //Oblivion/data/ folder. To remove, go to the //Oblivion/data/meshes/characters/_Male/ folder and delete the idle.kf file.
