Blades and legion and imperial dragon armor upgrades

My first mod, not exactly something that is hard to do, but decided to put it up just in case.

All it does is make legion(including the palace), imperial dragon and Blades armor equal to Daedric (for the heavy armor) and Glass (for the light armor)

It never made sense to me that the Imperial legion who guard the capital of the Entire empire, and the Bodyguards and spies for the Emperor himself have armor that is as bad as it is. It also was stupid that the armor you get at the end of the MQ is worse than daedric armor, which the player likely already has, making the super special armor completely worthless.

another small change is that Baurus's katana now is as strong as a Daedric longsword and the Spellbreaker is as strong as a Daedric shield.

As far as i know, this should not conflict with anything unless it changes the stats of those specific items. I am pretty sure i got everything, but not 100% positive.
