Bells of Cyrodiil add bells to Chapels in each City. I had plans to add bells to hamlets and priorys, however I haven't been able to get the havoc to work correctly on the other rmodels included with this mod but not used in the esp file. if anyone can fix the havoc for the meshes it woudl be a big help.
