📋 About This Mod
Description: This Mod adds a partially submerged City to the west of The Fringe in Shivering Isles Expansion. You can fast travel there directly, or water-walk/swim. There is an option of purchasing the City inside the main building; for about $7,000 to $20,000 gold, depending on your character\'s disposition. There is also an undersea Base for the Player, including a working kitchen, working restroom, vending machine, balcony, storage area, bedrooms, and laboratory. If you become stuck in the \'toilet\' there is a door under the water region that leads to the integrated sewer leading outside. Inside the Submerged city there are numerous NPC houses, a Priory, a Pool, the Real Estate office, a door leading to the undersea Base, A balcony, store rooms, statues, display cases, custom artwork, etc. The NPCs include residents, mages, and a real estate agent. Outside is an entrance to the Aqua City Temple, atop a native-looking staircase. The Temple has spellmaking & Enchant altars, and health altars. There is one Redguard Priest NPC inside. There are other buildings, for decoration only. The island is quite small, with sand dunes at its center. M7. --- UPLOAD 2nd File (Primary) for Fixed BSA File! (1157kb).
