All Hell breaks lose in the city of anvil. All Quest that take place in town are removed every thing is destoryed Download and enjoy the nice smell of smoke and fire and rotted bodies. No Bugs yet found and No you dont need any other mod. I am new to modding on oblivion and this is my first mod (so please rate) but if alot of peaple like it i might build ruins in the other citys. Be warned the all the charaters have not be changed so if they die and you save and need them later you have to respawned them. The Gates are locked the 2 keys are in the ruins.
