📋 About This Mod
This is an older version of Fort Nova Varos which is no longer being supported. I am no longer modding Oblivion. While it is still a perfectly functional village when used on it's own, the location puts it in direct conflict with the Molapi village mod and a few other smaller mods. There are no patches available.
Mhahn123 has made an updated and completely relocated version of this village. It moves the entire village to the south of Leyawiin on the banks of the Niben River. Can be found here: Settlements of Cyrodiil-Legion Outposts

Description =========== What do Legion Soldiers do when the Empire is at peace?
Without work soldiers grow mutinous, and turn to banditry as so many have. These bandits then plaque the local townfolk, and trade suffers.
This mod is an attempt to answer that problem.
Fort Nova Varos provides Imperial Legion Soldiers a place to rest, to work, to sustain the Empire, all while also protecting the Empires Interests.
Location ======== Fort Nova Varos is located directly north of Leyawiin on an Island in The Lower Niben River.
Details ======= Creates a a fully functioning Fort, that houses Imperial Legion Soldiers, and gives the Player with some unique visuals.
Fort Nova Varos has a Tavern, a Smith, Docks, and a small Farm.
There is also a a pawnbroker waiting at on of the docks, during the day.

Install ======= 1. Extract the files to a temporary location. 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Copy files to (install folder)OblivionData 4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall ========= 1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
