📋 About This Mod
v 1. 5 update just changed a few lines that were nagging at me. This is a fairly simple mod. All it does is change all of the skill-up pop-ups, loading screen texts, attribute descriptions, etc. to reflect a more 1st person, roleplaying atmosphere. The reason I put it together is because I had a small flash of insight and I realized that it seems the title of the series \"The Elder Scrolls\" should be more like a first-person story (writing your own elder scroll) instead of having it told to you by some narrator that you never see. Most (if not all) of the quest data already is in 1st person, so I didn\'t change any of that. This isn\'t very complex, and it only took me about 6 hours to get it all put together up to this point. As far as I can tell from my testing, it\'s compatible with all other mods. I don\'t know if there are any other mods that modify strings (such as Kobu\'s Stamina Mod, or Balor\'s Blunt-Hafted mod -> these two are 100% compatible). Also, no need to start a new game, just plug it in and off you go! More info in the readme.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 320 endorsements
- Lightweight and simple—just text changes, no scripts or heavy files
- Enhances roleplay for players who want a more personal experience
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2008—may be outdated for current game versions
- Only affects text, so if you want visual or gameplay changes, this isn't for you
For roleplayers who want the game's UI text to match their first-person perspective. Skip if you're looking for gameplay overhauls or visual upgrades—this is purely a text immersion tweak.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since this mod only changes text, it's safe to install manually—just drop the files into your Data folder.
- If you use a mod manager, you can still install it easily, but manual works fine for such a small mod.
- Check if the mod is compatible with your game version, as it's from 2008 and may need tweaking.
