The Asterisk of Wisdom

Having to play a guessing game every time you see a book on a bookshelf is tiresome. This mod adds an asterisk to every book that will give you skill points when you read it.

Recommendations:

You'll probably want to install these two mods to get rid of tags. I don't know if this plugin will cause that, but in case it does, the plugins are:

  Installation:

  If mod managers are working, use one of those. This should work on a save in progress but YMMV.

  Manual install:

  • []Extract the .esp to your Data folder: \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

    []Add 'TheAsteriskOfWisdom.esp' to your plugins.txt file (or use an automated tool)

    Future stuff:

    • I feel like the scope of this plugin is pretty much already nailed, so I think I'll leave the scope as-is.
