Extract PluginsandPaksManager to any drive and directory to your liking. Upon launching PluginsandPaksManager.exe, it will prompt to select the OblivionRemastered folder browse for it manually. It will create a settings.ini config to save the path.

A: I don’t plan to release it, but as of version 4. 2, I’ve decided not to bundle all libraries. This increases transparency about its inner workings and significantly reduces the likelihood of it being detected as a virus.
