download reshade (https://reshade.me/) Addon version with shader toggler addon.
Install it in:
#:\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OblivionRemastered-Win64-Shipping
drag and drop the reshade and shader toggler .ini in the same folder.
choose the photorealistic.ini in the reshade gui ingame.
shader toggler only needs you to press delete or END keys to toggle Ingame.
