Description:

Simple ini tweak to increase the draw distance of most light sources. Works on static torches, campfires, doomstones, ayleid wells etc.

Pairs really well with my other mod Lumiere - Lights of Cyrodiil which adds hundreds of light sources to the outdoor world.

Performance impact:

2x: 0-3 FPS depending on where you are. Imperial city gets a 3 FPS reduction while outside in the forest gets 0-1

3x: additional 1-3 FPS.

Impact will differ depending on hardware. Tested with 7800x3d / 4090

Compatibility:

Should be compatible with just about everything.

Installation:

Download UE4SS, unzip EnhancedLightRadius and drop it in the "OblivionRemastered" folder into your game directory (where OblivionRemastered.exe is)

You can also edit your engine.ini manually here "%UserProfile%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows"

Uninstall:

Steam: Navigate to \Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods and delete EnhancedLightRadius
