Oblivion Unleveled

I personally prefer a more static feeling world like Morrowind, or even Dark Souls where I can really feel my character's growth.  Vanilla Oblivion makes it so only certain enemies appear through certain player level ranges.  In the beginning you'll see mostly wolves, imps, and bandits; yet as you level up your character those common enemy types will suddenly be replaced by new stronger enemies.  That paired with the "PC Level Offset" makes it so the world constantly gets stronger as you level up.

This mod simply removes that level range restriction for a more immersive and challenging experience.  No longer will the world revolve around the player's every level up.  Now the player will have fights that are simply too tough to proceed until they come back as a stronger character, or are forced to use every tool at their disposal and to get more creative in these challenges.

This mod now also features an option to make the loot unleveled as well!  Now that dungeon which had some of the toughest enemies the game can throw at you now has the chance of throwing the same loot at you as if you were level 40+

Vendors also no longer care what level the player is, check them out early and often if you are struggling!

Huge inspiration and tons of stats from Lvl1 Unleveled Spawns by: IcelandicPsychotic for Oldblivion!!!  Check it out as it's an amazing unleveled Oblivion overhaul that is very tastefully done, and I believe works for Oblivion Remastered with no issues!!!

FOR CHANGES TO LEVELED LISTS TO TAKE EFFECT YOU MUST WAIT IN AN INTERIOR CELL FOR AT LEAST 3 DAYS FOR THE LEVELED LISTS TO RESET

FOR CHANGES TO CREATURE & NPC LEVELS & STATS YOU WILL NEED TO START A NEW GAME!!!

Highly recommend using the new optional UnleveledOblivion_LOOT.esp with Ascension Remastered LITE - Loot for a completely unleveled world to loot as well as to fight in!

I've actually made this mod for tuning my mod collection Oblivion Prepare to Die to get things exactly where I want them.  Which features More Enemies & ORWO by Maddensterror02 + Better Oblivion Crisis, More Damage, and more for a more immersive and challenging world of Oblivion.

Including optional patches to allow my mod here to work with all of the above mods.

YOU WILL STILL NEED THEIR MODS IN ORDER TO USE MY PATCHES!!!!!

Version 1. 1 - Makes the world truly static so all creatures and NPCs have a fixed level and stats to better match the values from Lvl1 Unleveled Spawns by: IcelandicPsychotic for Oldblivion.
