Oblivion Settlement Building - Spawn and Place Objects

This allows you adjust and place objects into Oblivion Fallout 4 style.

As of v3, this mod now contains a spawning menu courtesy of Uregven. More is planned to come :)

• []Menus are implemented via Dicene's DiUI framework.

  Controls

  Backspace will save your placed items. (See Object Persistence below on how to access and share your builds)

  K will open the spawning menu.

  Up Arrow picks up the item you are looking at, press it again to place it. When placed this way the object's collision will be enabled.

  • []Note: an object must be placed this way or it will not be saved when Backspace is pressed.

  Down Arrow deletes the Item you are looking at.

  X change rotation of the picked-up object.

  V and B make it go up and down respectively.

   
  

  Object Persistence

  Press Backspace to save all placed objects and their positions.

  Saves are stored as .ini files in these directories:

  OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\MadSpawnFiles\

  OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\MadSpawnFiles\

  On game launch, the mod reads all .ini files from that folder and loads the saved objects.

  This allows users to easily share and redistribute their custom builds. (Just make sure to give your .ini file a unique name).

  Installation 

  Requires UE4SS for OblivionRemastered

  Extract the zip file directly into your "Oblivion Remastered" folder.

  To verify it has been installed to the correct location, ensure the folder "MadSimpleSpawn" exists in:

  "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods"
