📋 About This Mod
Adds a new building/interior near the sewer exit for the player to live in.
Tired of camping on docks in the rain? A convenient (and conveniently abandoned) house is right across the water (and a smidge to the right), ready to be moved into.
Safe, player-owned, non-respawning storage and a player-owned bed. Lighting. Has a roof to protect you from the elements. Now has a fast travel marker once discovered, for convenience!
It's everything a new player needs! I think.
To install, unzip the file in the game's root folder. (Just make sure the .esp ends up in the Data folder.)
To enable, add AbandonedHouseNewPlayerHome.esp to Plugins.txt in your Data Folder.
To use, exit the Imperial City sewers, swim across the water, walk to the right towards the abandoned house, and enter.
