Leyawiin House Overhaul

Mod completely redesigns and overhauls the Leyawiin home.

PLEASE NOTE

• This home completely removes all base items in the home, meaning you should remove all items in the home to prevent loss. Apologies, due to the limits of modding it was unavoidable least with my knowledge of modding.

• Any placed items in the home (dishes, etc.) that were previously in the home may still appear.

• Make sure to backup your saves!

FEATURES

• LOTS of storage, nearly everything has a pot or drawer to interact with

• Access to a spellmaker and an enchanting table

• Various harvestable planters with alchemy ingredients including mana blooms!

• Fully decorated home, no need to purchase the upgrades to the home, All are present.

INSTALLATION

Extract the file to your base Oblivion directory. Should point it directly to the Oblvdata directory automatically

\Oblivion Remastered

Otherwise Extract the esp file to:

\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

• Linking all furniture to the house quest to unlock with upgrades.

• Maybe adding in a minor quest to only add in the mana blooms after they are encountered.
