Recently fixed the shadows problem, posting findings of which configs are best, or what is broken in POSTS/COMMENTS is appreciated!
Please backup Engine.ini always! Especially save files (who knows).
"C:\Users\<yourusername>\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini" is the file location!

Notes on the tweaks;
The tweaks involve primarily CPU bound parameters, it's very experimental and may cause subtle issues in specific scenarios. For example animation rates being changed so less CPU time spent on animations.etc, this is to target any possible CPU overhead that is causing problems. Hopefully it's turned out well!
