COMPATIBILITY: This will conflict with any mod that also uses a TesSyncMapInjector .ini named "Oblivion.ini"
As far as I know there is no way around this for vanilla model swaps that use TesSyncMapInjector. It's easy to combine them though, just copy the text under "" from one to a new line at the bottom of the other
