Custom Recoil (VScript Mutator)

Mutator/VScript that gives unique recoil to each firearm in the game. Recoil of each gun will now be defined by the power of its cartridge and whether it has a stock or not. As an example, the MP5 and Ruger rifles will be the most controllable firearms in the game, while handguns like the 1911 and SW686 will be quite tough to control. To keep things fun, even guns that are similiar to each other will have some small variations in the direction and type of recoil that they have, making mastering each of them a bit more fun! Includes a server friendly version which fixes stutters that clients will otherwise have (uses sv_custom_recoil_behaviour 2).
