Removes the weapon reticles and aiming dot, both from multitool and ships
Saw some people lamenting that the two previous mods to do something similar are no longer functional, so figured I'd put one together. The previous ones work my modifying many TEXTURES, this one by editing in the game data files, so a completely different methodology.
