For some reasons, when you come close to frigates to decide to buy them or not, the default camera is often a bit too close to the frigate and cut the front of it and sometimes also a part of a perk that is out of screen on the left.
This mod fixes it by moving the camera a bit further away. Restoring a complete view of the frigates and a full sight on all its perks.
Simple but clean.
