Description
Done as a request for a friend but I was so shocked that I actually managed to get Gmax and NifSkope to do my bidding that I thought I'd share.
This takes the ringed and spiked chokers from two of the Vegas prostitute outfits and makes them separate items which can be combined with other clothing. Obviously some outfits will work better than others and anything that already includes a high collar probably won't look much good. Works nicely with the Raider Sadist Armor and Merc Charmer Outfit though (see screenshots).
Includes male and female versions, and by request also a disarmed bomb collar to wear.
Limitations:
- Chokers still have no proper world model and will look like a prostitute outfit if you drop them
Installation
Unzip in your New Vegas data directory ("C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data" on my system) and make sure it's checked under "Data Files" in the launcher.
Find them in a crate out the back of Chet's store in Goodsprings. Switched to this method as it's more reliable than trying to dynamically insert them into vendor inventories.
Also gets added to a misc items list so might spawn on other merchants too.
