Cyan - Raider Companion

Description

Frustrated by the lack of companion choices for my bad karma Courier I decided to make my own.

Cyan is a blue haired raider girl hanging out at a small camp north of Goodsprings. She and her late partner have bitten off more than they can chew in the form of a group of Prospectors. Help her out and she'll happily follow you around while whining that she needs her next chem fix.

Find her on the road just north of Goodsprings, far enough away not to be seen from the town but not far enough to put you at risk from the nasties in that direction. Kill the guy who is harassing her and she'll offer to join you.

  Installation

  Use your favorite mod manager or unpack the archive into your New Vegas data folder. Make sure to enable both AFCore.esm and RaiderGirlCyanNV.esm via your mod manager or otherwise. Overwrite any files if asked.

  DLC Support

  []Dead Money: This DLC is intended to be played alone, with only the other characters provided by the story, so this option is disabled by default. If you enable it then Cyan will accompany you to the Sierra Madre, and will even get her own jumpsuit and explosive collar.

  []Honest Hearts: Cyan can accompany you to Zion, but only if you first open up a spot in the party by convincing Ricky to leave the group. Once the storyline has been completed she can travel to and from Zion freely. This option is enabled by default.

  []Old World Blues: Cyan can travel to Big Mountain with you using the Transportalponder! after you have completed the questline. This option is enabled by default. The storyline in this DLC makes having companions present nonsensical, and Cyan will be dismissed like vanilla followers when beginning it.
