Replaces the farting vault boy/junk image options of Consistent Pip Boy icons with an upscaled HD version of the vanilla missing item icon.
The farting vault boy, is frustrating for many to see when a mod doesn't have a proper icon set for something, and although Consistent Pip Boy Icons in its FOMOD has an option to replace it with a junk icon, it makes it harder to tell that an icon is missing for a mod, in case you want to edit it to add one.
This mod simply replaces both options with an HD version of the vanilla icon, that says PIP-OS ERROR.
