The outcasts are absolutely bonkers-tier broken with the amount of loot you can turn in, and Tweaks for TTW has a setting that allows redeeming a higher variety of payment from the outcasts. This mod provides a limit to how much you can turn in at one time, and a cooldown until you can turn in more stuff. This specifically ONLY WORKS if using bOutcastTechMenu.
Reward values have also been adjusted to match those found in Repeatable Quests Rewards Rebalanced (TTW). If using both, load this mod after.
You can turn in 5 pieces of tech per 24 hours.
