Tweaked Tundra - Plants and trees retextured

Another fairly small but surprisingly worthwhile edit of some of the games base textures.

When playing in the Mojave the games natural desaturated and bleak look is often at odds with a handful of healthy plant textures that stand out a little TOO much for my taste. I get that they are supposed to be a rarity in a post nuclear world and should stand out but often they end up looking like plastic and not natural at all for the climate.

The worst offenders have been tackled here. They are simple hue/saturation/exposure tweaks to the base games textures and so blend well with retextures that stick to the vanilla tone as well like NMC Washed out or Legacy Reborn. I personally use both of these mods and it looks great with both of them.

I have also fixed a vanilla mismatch for the strip planters so that the dayglow lawn grass now looks realistic and blends much better with the regular texture.
