Description:
A. K. A. the Fallout 3 De-Crustification Project - There's a very small subset of reused Fallout 3 assets that really bother me, so I decided to make a small mod to change them to my liking and, in my opinion, better fit New Vegas's art direction. While doing that, I also enhanced a few random New Vegas-specific assets that I thought were lower quality. This mod is meant to be used with vanilla textures, as that is all I use. Texture quality is the exact same as vanilla.
But if this is changing Fallout 3 assets to fit better with New Vegas, what about TTW?
