Adds an interface to dialog like the talking heads from the classic fallouts in a Desert Ranger or Reillys Rangers style.
this mod works best with the Fallout Classic Font With Accents. i have not tested with vanilla or darn ui fonts.

Currently not making any more mods right now as I lost my source texture files. All my mods are open to anyone who wants to edit and upload their own versions, no need to credit. I would upload your version if you want me to, otherwise feel free to upload, I would be happy to link yours here.
there are multiple options and more to come (many images are mock ups and look a little off,namely the "windows").
-Added a slight edit for the sleep, wait, and quantity menus, see screenshots. file located in Misc tab

the name on the images corrolates to the names in the files tab. let me know if there is an easier way of doing this.
the "plates filler" versions block exp gain ui and quest notifications ui while talking to someone. if there anyway to force those ui to show over this file, please let me know!!
