Super Mutant NCR Personnel

So we all know Super Mutants, right? The big green muscly dummies that carry miniguns, eat babies, and shout "THIS IS THE AGE OF THE SUPER MUTANT!!!" in Fallout 4? Yeah, those guys. Fun people. Really great at parties. Mr. Steal Your Girl, one and all.

Well, one thing always bugged me about them. They weren't really well expanded upon in New Vegas. We have Black Mountain, which gives some decent lore and Jacobstown, which is good lore as well. That's it. Nothing else. Maybe an occasional quest like at Red Rocket or the occasional wandering enemy. But that's it. What about the remnants of this great Master's Army we've all heard about? Remnants that have integrated into the NCR, for example. Where are they at? Nowhere to be seen in the base game, that's where.

We see in multiple instances of Super Mutants coexisting with humans and ghouls throughout New Vegas, and hear all the rumors of NCR Super Mutant soldiers. But where are they at? You'd think, in a costly war as the NCR-Legion War, the NCR would send the very best they can to battle the Legion. Sure, the Vet Rangers show up in late game, but that's it. None of their Super Mutant Troopers or Rangers. Well, this mod fixes that.

What this mod does is add in Super Mutant Rangers at Ranger Stations, and Troopers at Hoover Dam, Camp Forlorn Hope, Searchlight, Golf, and McCarran as well as place one in the Battle of Nelson and the Battle of the NCRCF. Now, I could've just given them default dialogue lines but, as per my modus operandi, I went a little further and created two groups of mutants. Dumb and Smart, and gave a unique voice actor for both groups. You may recognize these voice actors as the same VAs who worked with me on Super Mutant Powder Gangers. Yep. They reprised their roles, so massive props to them
