This mod disable many miscellaneous item in the area so it can help your performance, especially for those who use ENB and NVR, every item generate ambient occlusion with that graphic mod and every graphic thing introduce more calculation...so in attempt to reduce that calculation, why not just disable those item?
Tested with RTX 4050 laptop
Ive PC with RTX 3080 and this place is still demanding with that GPU, the issue probably because of the game used single core performance. So the only fix is by having X3D CPU for more single core performance. I cant do that, too much money for more fps.
So its better to disable some of this stuff, it may look less cluttered but why not? i dont want to play the game with 40-50fps performance in some areas.
