📋 About This Mod
BASIC DESCRIPTION Have you ever noticed that somehow your character has had the ability to carry an extraordinary amount of equipment despite his/her obvious lack of anything to carry it with? Well here\'s the solution! This mod makes the base carry-weight MUCH lower (at ten strength, this mod takes off over 200 carry-weight) Thus giving the game a much more realistic feel, and makes being a hoarder much more difficult and illogical. FEATURES Changes the the carry-weight of the player to a point that is a bit more realistic, while not making it impossible to carry anything heavy. Adds Pouches and a Backpack to the game (note: the backpack is taken from http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16461/? made by lionhaert) Compatible with all backpack mods that use the backpack slot. (so if you don\'t like the one that i used, feel free to download another.) Easily turned off and on, and begins as soon as you disable/enable hardcore mode. (Can still be turned on if you\'ve already started a game, simply go to Doc Mitchell\'s house, and where the broken SMG used to be now has a duffleback. Press \"E\" on it. You can then Activate/Deactivate the mod. Changes effects of nearly every body armor in the Vanilla game (NO dlc\'s altered), depending on the availability of extra space, compartments, or any other container that may be on the object. Also, changes the armor slots that some armors take up, in order to make it so that the pouches and backpacks make sense to be on the armor. KNOWN ISSUES If the player already has backpacks on when activating the mod, it can sometimes not work properly. this can be fixed by simply not wearing the backpack while activating, then re-equipping it after the mod is activated. As already explained, NONE of the dlc\'s are altered nor do they have compatibility (the change in carry weight is compatible, but none of the armors in them are) I will work on them and release a patch, however I only have Honest hearts, Lonesome Road, and Old World Blues. Some armors may seem to not have containers on them, but actually do. this is due to the fact that with some armors, there is a male, and female version, one of which doesn\'t have the containers, one does. ADDITIONAL INFO Please make me aware of any armors you feel should be tweaked, and any problems you find. also, if you think that i gave too much carry weight, please tell me.
