📋 About This Mod
Canvas Backpacks and Mojave Express Messenger Bag are two high quality mods by QwibQwibMods. I had a few issues I wanted to remedy before using them, however:

This mod addresses these issues.
REQUIREMENTS
The aforementioned mods. JSawyer is optional.
INSTALLATION
Install using a mod manager, preferrably. The file is packaged as a BAIN installer.
This mod uses Pip-Boy icons from ItsMeJesusHChrist as a base, from his Consistent Pip-Boy Icons series. Two options are available, v4 and v5 (this one based off Consistent PIp-Boy Icons v5 - Apparel).
The Tweaks plugins do the following:
- []Add the Backpack flag to the messenger bag. This assigns it the proper icon from ySI - Sorting Ycons, plus I felt it would be abuse to be able to wear both bag and backpack at the same time.
- Alter the names of the canvas backpacks and teeny tiny tweak to the carry weight bonus (51 -> 50 because it looked ugly otherwise).
The Rebalance plugin adds an Agility and Sneak penalty to the backpacks, just like the Metal Armor has in JSawyer.
