📋 About This Mod
_WHAT IS IT A mod inspired by and intended to work with Dust Survival Simulator.
_WHAT IT DOES As you probably know, DUST "removes" most of the friendly NPCs of Vanilla NV. PPExpired removes the remaining NPC's ownership from houses, camps, buildings, and from all the objects they contain. In other words, the mod nullify stealing and related consequences (pretty useless in Dust's days). _MAIN EFFECTS - No more "Trespassing Lock" for wait/sleep actions - Access to many, many previously not usable beds - All previously owned items are affected _WILL CONFLICT WITH - Vanilla NV, obviously _MAY CONFLICT - Mods that overwrite objects in cells - Mods that affect beds
_UPDATES
v1. 2 - Access to many beds previously locked by ownership
v1. 3 - Most beds, containers, and objects are now freed from owning - Fine tuning for Dust compatibility

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 2,129 endorsements and nearly 49k downloads.
- Solves a real annoyance in survival mods—no more getting kicked out of beds.
- Lightweight and focused; does exactly what it says without bloat.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2015, so it may not be compatible with newer mod setups or game patches.
- Only affects ownership—no other features or customization options.
- Requires Dust Survival Simulator to be fully useful, which is a niche mod itself.
For Fallout: New Vegas players who run Dust Survival Simulator and want to use beds without ownership hassles. Also for anyone who finds NPC-owned beds annoying in the base game. Skip if you're not into survival mods or want more than a simple ownership tweak.
