Playable Ghouls - All Ethnicities

While other ghoul mods were pretty fun, the hand texture thing bugged me, and sometimes you just want to have hair and a mustache like other ghouls in the fallout universe. So I decided to fix that. This ghoul mod creatures a separate ghoul race for each race (African American, Asian, Caucasian, Hispanic). I basically just told it to use ghoul textures on normal dudes, so there are no clipping issues, you can use all hairs and facial hair, etc. You still have a nose, though. I fixed the ghoul first person texture problem by taking the normal ghoul hand texture and renaming it to be the first person hand texture. It\'s pretty blurry since it\'s forcing a third person graphic into first person, but hey, better than pink or obviously human hands, right? Also included is a perk file that adds two traits to the beginning of the game - One gives you the RadGhoulResistance effect, which gives 85% rad resistance for those of you who don\'t mind not being challenged by radiation at all. For those who still want a little challenge, I took a look at Josh Sawyer\'s tabletop game and added a second version of the perk that only gives 40% rad resistance, but which also subtracts 1 CHA. Hope you enjoy this!
