He arrived at midnight, unscathed and unconcerned with the maelstrom outside. There was something sinister about him, though he veiled himself in a web of charm. He vanished as mysteriously as he\'d arrived, and she would have thought him nothing more than a storm-addled hallucination, were it not for one thing; soon after, she was heavy with child.\" ======= History ======= Her birth was considered a bad omen among the superstitious tribals that Delilah grew up with. While her mother insisted that her obvious physical deformities (blood red eyes, horns sprouting from her brow, long barbed tail) were merely the product of exposure to radiation, this did little to placate the villagers. She was cast out into the wasteland, ostracized, forced to fend for herself. Delilah soon learned how to be quick on her feet, and how to defend herself. Always haunted by dark dreams hinting at her infernal heritage, Delilah wandered the wastes. She was conflicted, forced to struggle with her inner demons at every turn. Need for caps drove her to find employment, and she found it with the Crimson Caravan -- they could always use another speedy pair of feet. Now... Shot, robbed, buried alive and left for dead in the small town of Goodsprings, Delilah feels the stirring of her birthright within her. Does she continue to battle her inner demons, rise up and become the savior that this wasteland so desperately needs? Or does she give in to the dark urges, and strive to claim it all under her tyrannical rule?
