Resolves insignificant conflicts between Performance of the Titans and Tale of Two Wastelands. You probably don't actually need this, but it might have use as a modders' resource.
Disclaimer:
Seriously, most of the changes are incredibly pedantic and it's unlikely you'd ever notice them in gameplay. I'm talking DeathItem loot and karma changes for random creatures. Also forwards NVCleanWater for Mojave worldspaces but that'd likely be overwritten by a weather mod anyway.
