Description:
You can find dolls and bits of meat hanging from the ceilings of various locations across Big MT, all of which have neat little swaying animations - unless you're playing the PC version of FNV, where the objects remain completely static!
So, what was the issue? The animation controllers were pointing to non-existent blocks/nodes... That's literally it...
Thanks to my epic modding ability to open meshes in NifSkope and edit strings, this 10+ year old issue has been fixed! Fallout™: New Vegas™ is now playable! Finally!
