How do I equip an akimbo?
1. Make sure you have a supported akimbo animation file such as Januusz Akimbo 9mm Animations seen under the option files
2. Open your pipboy
3. Equip a weapon like the 9mm pistol
4. Hover over another 9mm pistol in your inventory.
5. Hit L on your keyboard to equip it as the left hand weapon.

You can fix this by equipping and unequipping the weapon.[]If you install Weapon Smith, and load into a save with an akimbo equipped, if that weapon is registered with Weapon Smith, the default attachments will fail to attach.
[]When switching perspectives, sometimes animations can bug out. This can cause the bullets to come out of your weapon at a weird angle. Switching perspectives and finishing the reload can fix this.
