I liked Weeman0000\\\'s mod but it seemed unfinished so I cleaned it up a bit.
This is a rip of Weeman0000\\\'s NCR Correctional Facility Cleanup - http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38743/?tab=1&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D38743%26preview%3D&pUp=1 I fixed the large towers so that you can actually go up the stairs. I also made the smaller towers on top of the building so that not only you could ascend the stair but also made two new cells so that you could use them as interiors as well. Touched up the Navmesh a bit outside.
