US Army Rangers and Shadow Company gear from Modern Warfare 2 Remastered integrated into the game world via vendors such as the Gun Runners. Between the two factions there's 8 outfits, 6 different helmet variants, 2 glasses and 1 hat. Statwise the gear is slightly better than the Vault-Tec Security armor, and each of the different outfit variants (Assault, LMG, Shotgun and SMG) offer an appropriate skill boost. Once again all of this can be bought from vendors with the Gun Runners being your best bet.
Update: As of 1. 1 the diffuse textures have been reworked and the gloves have been replaced with the viewhands (first person) model. Old gloves were from the third person model and not quite as detailed. Some minor nif tweaks as well.
