Played FNV recently, my intention being to find items that don't look good (bad texture quality) and improved them, saw the very blurry painting of Mr House at Camp Golf and decided to clean it up.

GIMP DDS Plugin
Remade the mod because the original mod did not have a custom normal (neither did the base game version) and the textures weren't compressed in an optimal codec plus I had used GIMP which exports low quality DDS textures compared to other photo-editing programs, eg: Photoshop. Enjoy!
