This bug only appears with ENB.
There is a cloudy refraction effect on the jet addon model under and side of each Mister Handy or Gutsy. Model was changed removing fumes effect. There still remains the flame effect so robots still look fine.

Should be compatible with almost everything as jetaddon model is rarely touched by mods.
