To add the percentage number inside of the icons you need to manually go into \menus\prefabs\mapmo\hudmainmenu\hardcore_needs.xml and modify the following value :
<_showMiniPercentage>0</_showMiniPercentage>
<_showMiniPercentage>1</_showMiniPercentage>
(Yeaaaa.... so it's not the most intuitive but I really wanted to keep it light and refrain from adding/modifying any scripts)
