Technical Things: The Lucky Dice uses some elements from Dead Money DLC so this is required to play. There are 8 quests, one of which is only available after the Chip out of Luck quest. The NPC to talk to will spawn once the quest is over. NPCs that give quests usually have something distinctive about them, is a ghoul, has a rose on their jacket, wearing glasses or a wig. Don\'t kill people unless instructed to, this could mess up some quests since I didn\'t script fail stages. I\'ve played through a lot and should have eliminated most of the bugs.
