DESCRIPTION
Brings some life to the Grub n' Gulp rest stop. The place itself has been refurbished. Numerous additions to the setting make it feel more alive, while still poor and desolate.
The place has 3 states and will evolve depending on your actions: normal, wealthy, devastated.
Travelers may appear randomly.
Once you complete the NCR-related quest, Fitz and Lupe will visibly become rich and will sell more stuff.
Thugs will try to go after them.
If they survive, they will hire a mercenary.
If Fitz and Lupe were to die, the place will shift to an even more devastated version.
A junk trader has a high chance of appearing in the devastated version.
Voiced with vanilla voices edits. Navmeshed etc.
