Lively 13th Floor Ultimate

Based on my own Lively 13th Floor, this Ultimate version changes the 13th floor to something you didn't expect and brings a lot of life to the Tops' 13th floor.

  []Change Chairmen's AI package to be more dynamic

  []Add some customers using the rooms and corridor drinks

  []Lockpicking doors is now a crime against Chairmen (can be disabled)

  []Improves the High Roller suite by adding some containers and clutter

  []Yes Man starts conversation with player when entering its room (force greeting)

  []Fix vanilla bad static item position everywhere (not fixed by YUP)

  []Some new lore friendly small rooms to explore

  []No navmeshes edits

  []Change the Benny's door lock from Medium difficulty to Hard

• Unmarked and optional quest (notes to find and read) to understand the story and secrets of the place but also providing a new way of reaching Benny's suite with only medium difficulty lock (can be disabled)
